"I Tend The Light" Art Print - The Lighthouse

This piece was painted by Megan Carbonelli using oil on a 19x24" canvas. "I Tend The Light" is available as a high-quality print. 

The lighthouse is an incredible film, and I chose to paint it as it depicted loneliness, isolation, and guilt. I wanted to paint them as close but separated by chaotic waves, and the lighthouse stands in the way. When I think of the lighthouse itself as an entity, I feel as though it meant searching for a higher version of oneself and purity. 

There are many subtle easter eggs that any fan would enjoy!
