What kind of products do you sell?

I offer a range of original artwork, high-quality art prints, and durable vinyl stickers. Each item is designed and created with care to bring a little more creativity and emotion into your space.

Are your prints and stickers high quality?

Yes! All prints are made on professional-grade paper using archival inks for long-lasting color and detail. Stickers are printed on durable, weather-resistant vinyl—perfect for laptops, water bottles, journals, and more.

Are your original pieces one of a kind?

Yes! Originals are hand-drawn or painted by me and are completely one-of-a-kind. Once they’re sold, they’re gone for good. 

Do you accept custom orders or commissions?

Depending on availability, I do accept custom commissions! Please email me at CarbonelliArts@gmail.com to discuss your ideas.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Iowa/United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times and customs fees may vary depending on your location.

Do you accept returns?

  • U.S. Orders: I accept returns only if the item arrives damaged. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and I’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • International Orders: Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or refunds on international orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • International Orders: Usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, but customs processing may delay delivery.

How do I care for my art prints?

Keep prints out of direct sunlight and handle with clean, dry hands. Framing behind glass or acrylic is recommended for longevity.

Can I share your art on social media?

Yes! I love when people share my work—just please credit/tag me and don’t alter the artwork or remove watermarks.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

U.S. Orders

We accept returns and offer full refunds or product replacements for items that arrive damaged. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or error on our part.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for international orders, including for items damaged in transit. Please be sure to review your order carefully before checking out.
